How do I place an order?
- Simply browse our collections at www.grozavushop.com, choose your favorite pieces, select your size, and click "Add to Cart." Once you're ready, head to checkout and follow the steps to complete your order.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
- We process orders quickly, so if you need to make a change, please contact us within 12 hours. Once shipped, changes can’t be made.
Do you restock sold-out items?
- Some of our limited-edition drops won’t return, but core pieces are restocked. Sign up for back-in-stock alerts or FOLLOW US on Instagram for updates.

How long does shipping take?
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location:
5–7 business days Europe
7–10 business days Non-Europe
When will my order be delivered?
We ship worldwide. Your order will be packaged really carefully and delivered wherever you want. Delivery takes between 2-4 business days. You will receive an e-mail after ordering with more information about the delivery.
How can I track my order?

- You can return unworn items within 30 days of receiving them. They must be in original condition, with tags still attached.
