Option 1: Send a Direct Email

We will confirm receipt of your request and respond within 7 business days.

Option 2: Remove GrozavuShop from Facebook
If you used Facebook to log in:

Open your Facebook app or visit facebook.com

Go to Settings & privacy → Settings

Select Apps and websites

Find GrozavuShop

Click Remove
Removing the app stops further access to your data. After removal, email us to request complete deletion as well.

Once your request is confirmed:

We will delete any personal data tied to your Facebook account from our systems.

Some transactional information may be retained where legally required (e.g., for accounting or tax purposes), but this will never include Facebook-specific profile data.
